Free & read-only

The Perfect Packs tool can look up supplements and pre-fill a cart. It can't charge you, place an order, or see any of your personal info until you checkout. At that time we only collect product and shipping information. Your private data stays private.

No account needed

No sign-up, login, or password for the supplement tool. You add one web address to Perplexity and it just works.

You always check out

Set up Perplexity

Perplexity is a very smart AI assistant that can read your labs and coordinate different models to do the thinking. You'll need a paid plan to connect health data. Perplexity is one of a growing number of commercial and open-source agents.

  1. Go to perplexity.ai or download the Perplexity app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Sign up with Google, Apple, or your email.
  3. Subscribe to Pro or Max under Settings → Subscription. A paid plan is required to connect health data.

Connect your lab provider with Perplexity Health

This lets Perplexity read your blood work, so it can suggest supplements that actually fit you. If your lab data lives in Function Health, or any other supported provider — you'll link it once.

  1. Make sure your results are posted in Function Health. No account yet? Sign up, get your blood draw, and wait for results.
  2. In Perplexity, open Settings → Connectors.
  3. Find Function Health and click Connect.
  4. Log in to Function Health when the popup appears and approve access.
  5. Confirm it worked — ask Perplexity the question below.
"Pull my latest Function Health labs and summarize anything out of range."
If it shows your numbers, you're connected.

Different lab provider? In the same Connectors menu you can link other medical-record sources the same way.

Add the Perfect Packs tool

This is the free add-on that lets the assistant browse real supplements and build your pack. No account, no login, no password — just one web address.

  1. In Perplexity, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Give it a Name — "Perfect Packs." The description is optional.
  3. Paste the web address above into MCP server URL.
  4. Open Advanced, set Authentication to None, and leave any key or password field blank.
  5. Click Add to save.

Build your pack and check out

Now the fun part. Ask Perplexity for a pack based on your labs, review what it suggests, and check out on perfect-packs.com when you're happy.

  1. Read through the suggested pack and ask follow-ups — swap ingredients, adjust doses, ask why each is included.
  2. When you like it, Perplexity will open a pre-filled cart on perfect-packs.com.
  3. Review everything one more time and click Checkout. You — not the AI — complete the purchase.
